We cannot accept returns unless the arrangement arrives damaged or in poor condition. Should this occur, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.
We are unable to accept returns for orders that do not meet expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, please communicate with our florist as much as possible regarding the design or specific flowers you have in mind.
Please note that refunds or replacements will not be offered for flowers that have been mishandled or not cared for properly after delivery.
All custom orders, including special event arrangements, bespoke floral designs, and personalized art pieces, are final sale and cannot be refunded due to their tailored nature.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery or pickup are non-refundable.
